Northeast Indiana Command Training Center Open House
The grand opening of the new Northeast Indiana Command Training Center will be held at
9:00 am Saturday, August 7, 2010.
The Public Safety Academy of Northeast Indiana and the Fort Wayne Fire Department have spent months planning and designing this state-of-the-art incident command training center (CTC) which was funded by several grants. The CTC is now available to first responders from across the country.

Dr. William J. McKinney, Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs at IPFW will examine the moral foundations of business leadership. His assertion is rather simple, that when one examines the historical roots of business and economics, one realizes rather quickly that the term "Business Ethics" is not an oxymoron.

Building Resilient Communities One Partnership at a Time
The Continuity of Operations and Continuity of Government Conference will focus on providing government and business leaders the tools and lessons they can use to maintain operations during a disaster. Attendees will have an opportunity to share best practices, learn from experts about innovative strategies, and have an opportunity to network. The conference will be held on Wednesday, August 25, 2010, from 9 am- 3pm at the Public Safety Academy of NE Indiana.
