Anthis
Anthis Career Center offers two programs at the Public Safety Academy. The Firefighter Program and Criminal Justice Program.
The Firefighter program is a combined effort of the Anthis Career Center, the Fort Wayne Fire Department, and the Allen County Volunteer Fire Department. The program is proficiency based, preparing students to pass the national accreditation test for Firefighter I and II. Instruction is provided by certified and experienced firefighters.
The Criminal Justice Program is new to the Career Center's curriculum. Students will experience classroom and practical activities related to criminal justice and law enforcement.
