Some of the individual spaces at the Public Safety Academy are available for use by government, business and community groups on a fee paid basis. These spaces include: the full sized gymnasium with separate male / female locker rooms; 3 specialized classrooms; 12 general purpose fully mediated class rooms, 24 seats each; 2 fully mediated distance learning capable classrooms, 48 seats each; 2 computer labs, 24 seats each; and fully mediated conference space consisting of a small, fully mediated planning / conference room and breakout rooms, and a fully equipped audio / visual media recording and broadcast studio; and a 300 seat distance learning capable, fully mediated auditorium.

There are also reception and gathering areas that may be contracted for special events. Although there is no space dedicated for meal service and no on site catering, those arrangements have been planned for and can be contracted in large spaces at the Academy.
