Where are we located?

The Academy is located within the Southtowne Community Revitalization Enhancement District (CRED). It is an additional component to the economic development efforts on southeast side of the city. The Academy is the first in the nation to use state-of-the-art fiber optics broadband to deliver training to all Allen County schools through ACEnet and Verizon’s Fiber-to-the-Premise for homes and area businesses.

DIRECTIONS:
We are located just off US 27, approximately 3 miles north of I- 469, Exit 11.
From the south: Take I-69 north to exit 96A (I-469). Continue on I-469 to exit 11 (US 27). Turn left (north) on US 27 (a/k/a Decatur Rd). Continue 3 miles north to Southtown Centre. Turn left in the main entrance (@ stoplight by Wendy's). Go straight on Southtown Blvd., between Menards and Wal-Mart. The Public Safety Academy is behind Menards & Wal-Mart.
From the north: Take I-69 south to exit 115 (I-469). Continue on I-469 to exit 15 (Tillman Rd). Turn right on Tillman Road. Continue approximately 4.5 miles to Lafayette Blvd (third traffic signal). Turn left. Turn right in the main entrance to Southtown Centre. Go straight on Southtown Blvd., between Menards and Wal-Mart. The Public Safety Academy is behind Menards & Wal-Mart.
From Downtown Fort Wayne: Go south on Clinton St./US 27. Clinton merges with Lafayette Blvd. at McKinnie Ave. Continue south to Southtown Centre. Turn right in the main entrance. Go straight on Southtown Blvd., between Menards and Wal-Mart. The Public Safety Academy is behind Menards & Wal-Mart.
From Fort Wayne International Airport: Turn right on Ferguson Road. Continue on Ferguson to US 27 (a/k/a Decatur Rd). Turn left (north). Continue approximately 2 miles north to Southtown Centre. Turn left in the main entrance (@ stoplight by Wendy's). Go straight on Southtown Blvd., between Menards and Wal-Mart. The Public Safety Academy is behind Menards & Wal-Mart.
